Palo Alto provides BYOL (Bring Your Own License) images in cloud marketplaces.

The simulator is not a "dumbed-down" version of the firewall; it is the same PAN-OS software that runs on physical appliances (PA-Series), virtualized to run on standard compute infrastructure.

Internal IPs (192.168.x.x) are not routable on the internet. We need Source NAT. We also need Destination NAT for the server.
