Detect any proxy IP address and filter its access based on the proxy type or threat level.
The older Xidol K5188 models used a different chipset driver. However, the revision typically uses an updated chipset (often the PL2303 HXD or GD version). Installing an old driver on a "New" modem will cause a Code 10 (Device cannot start) error.
