Released in 2011 by Volition and published by THQ, Saints Row: The Third is often hailed as the turning point where the franchise stopped trying to be a Grand Theft Auto clone and became its own outrageous, over-the-top masterpiece. From defenestrating rival gang members with a giant purple dildo bat to skydiving into a military stronghold while singing " What I Got " by Sublime, this game is pure, unadulterated chaos.
