This paper presents a detailed design and verification of a secure, reliable software update framework for the ZTE MF927U LTE/5G terminal. It covers system architecture, update delivery and installation workflows, cryptographic validation, rollback and fail-safe mechanisms, OTA and USB update channels, security threat model, test methodology, and verification results. The framework aims to ensure authenticity, integrity, availability, and minimal user disruption while supporting staged rollouts and remote management.
