After the main mod installs, you will see a pop-up for "ENB Settings." Select "High Quality" (or Low if you have a weak GPU).

Open the gta_sa.exe properties. Set compatibility to Windows 7 and check "Run as Administrator" . Open the vip_config.ini file and set High_Quality_Rendering = 1 .
