MondoMonger posted a 45-second clip of "Steve Jobs" unveiling the iToaster, a fictional product, using actual archival footage of Jobs from 1984 but with completely fabricated audio and facial micro-expressions. Mondomonger’s notoriety eventually became a liability. As major platforms updated their policies in 2020-2021: “You came,” he said quietly
