To manually upgrade your device, follow these steps provided by ViewSonic Support Prepare a USB Drive : Use a FAT32 formatted USB flash drive. Download and Unzip : Download the "M1+ Firmware Update v2.03" from the ViewSonic Downloads page and unzip the files onto the root of your USB drive. Initiate Update m1 firmware update v2.03
