“Zannen Onna Kanbu Black General-san” (lit. “Disappointing Female Executive Black General”) is a comedic manga by Jin Makuwa. Serialized in Shonen Jump+ , it parodies supervillain tropes. The story follows Black General, a high-ranking villainess who is hopelessly in love with the hero, Braveman. Instead of conquering the world, she spends most of her time trying (and failing) to win his heart, much to the frustration of her underlings.
