Previous tools could not unlock the S24 series due to Samsung's new "Secure Processor" inside the Exynos 2400. The new NCKReader uses a (a physical timing attack via the USB voltage) that SamLock then translates into a key. As of this writing, this is the only commercial solution working on S24 units with binary 2.
