Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix dry crust ingredients. Rub in the coconut oil until it looks like damp sand. Add ice water one teaspoon at a time until it just holds together. Press into a tart ring (no greasing needed — coconut oil will release it). Prick lightly. Bake 12 minutes until pale gold. Let cool completely. It will look fragile. It is. Handle like a contact lens.
