Right-click and select > Browse my computer for drivers .
Right-click the Start button and select Device Manager. Look for "Portable Devices" or "Other Devices." If you see a yellow exclamation mark next to "Walkman," right-click it and select "Uninstall Device." Unplug the Walkman and plug it back in to force Windows to reinstall the generic driver.
